Had never given any type of running a second thought until my daughter decided to run Cross Country and Track in Junior High School? I could not believe the Dedication, Discipline, and Desire that these athletes put into their training! The Team Unity and Encouragement regardless if you were the Best Runner or the Worst? I think my daughter made a very wise descision and now I'm trying to learn all I can abourt the art of Running!
